- Description
- A wooden reliquary carved in the form of an unopened lotus blossom and painted with dark red lacquer. A glass window on the front displays a compartment with three gilded shelves containing pebbles. According to the donor, these pebbles are said to be from under Buddha's meditation tree. The bottom shelf is gilded and etched with the image of an opened lotus blossom.
