- A portable shrine containing a partially-gilded wooden statue of the thousand-armed Kannon Bosatsu (Avalokiteśvara) standing in a lotus blossom. The exterior of the case is carved into the shape of an unopened lotus blossom and the interior is cross-hatched to form a pattern of six-pointed stars with gold and red lacquer.
