Joe Head is a successful business executive, having served since 2005 as the CEO of SummerHill Homes, based in the Bay Area in Northern California. Prior to taking on that role, Head managed the Ruby Hills Country Club in Pleasanton, California, presided over Watt-Oakland and Watt-Head Developers, and even served as San Jose City Councilor from 1989 to 1994.
