Current [referring to notice] given to Margulis Edit Ulievana [Russian: ???????? ???? ???????] born in the year of 1914 about that on October 3, year of 1940 in the Consulate Department of the Embassy of the USSR in Tokyo she was given a Soviet foreign resident permit [Russian: ????????? ??????????? ??? ?? ??????????] N126535 instead of a Lithuanian one. From Margulis E. U. was received by the Consulate department a statement for loss of this [reference to Lithuanian resident permit] Sovzagranvida [abbreviated from Soviet foreign resident permit]. This notice is given up to the [moment of] solving the issue of giving Margulis a copy of [her] lost passport.
