- Mary Gertrude Dockweiler (1894-1988) was the daughter of Isidore B. Dockweiler and Gertrude Reeve Dockweiler. She was a prominent Los Angeles socialite, also very active in such charitable causes as the Los Angeles Orphanage Guild. Mary Dockweiler married twice, first to lawyer William Kenyon Young (1900-1962), son of a major California Democrat Milton K. Young, and after William Young's death, she married Dr. Daniel Sooy in 1965.
