- Description
- A metal censer of a kirin (quilin), a mythological creature depicted here with the head and body of a lion. The figure has a rounded body and stands on clawed dog-like paws, its tail points straight upward and fans outwards like flames, and a rhinoceros horn protrudes from its head. The round body hinges open at the head. The body of the statue contains ash from burned incense.
