A thermometer registers colder when first thrust suddenly into hot water! Don Klosterman broke 2 national records in one game! The Loyola University football team, the Lions, competed as an independent against teams from the Pacific Coast Conference and the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Conference from 1921 to 1951. Tom Lieb coached Loyola football from 1930-1938.
