- Caption on back: "LMU musicians on TV--Loyola Marymount University's Gamelan Anklung Society was recently videotaped for a segment of KNBC's 'On Campus' show, to air at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 11, on Channel 4. The musical society is composed of LMU students and members of the Westchester community who use gongs and other metal-keyed instruments to perform Balinese music. In this Saturday's segment 'On Campus' house George Fenneman (left) introduces the group and interviews its director, Gertrude Rivers Robinson (sitting by Fenneman), assistant music professor. LMU was the first institution in the country to offer an undergraduate program for the performance of non-Western music. The 'On Campus' segment will also feature Chapman and Mount St. Mary's Colleges."
