Park)

major
shopping
areas

Beverly
Hills

Miracle
Mile
", and
Westwood
, and
alongside
Lafayette
Park
(formerly

Sunset
Park)

Wilshire
Boulevard
Christian
Church
,
located
at the
corner
of
Wilshire
and
Normandie
, was
built
during
1922-1923

making
it
the
first
church
on
Wilshire
Boulevard

Broadcasting
from
next
door
, at the
Auburn
Cord
dealership
at the
corner
of
Wilshire
and
Mariposa
was the
radio
station
KFAC
(for
Fuller

Auburn
, and
Cord)

automobile
dealer

Cord
purchased
the
radio

KTBI
from the
Bible
Institute

Angeles
