Description	A black-and-white photograph of two football players in uniform crouching on an outdoor field, facing one another, with one hand on the ground and their helmets touching. Both players are turned slightly to face the camera. Their jerseys are numbered 65 (left) and 76 (right).
Historical Background	The Loyola University football team, the Lions, competed as an independent against teams from the Pacific Coast Conference and the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Conference from 1921 to 1951. Tom Lieb coached Loyola football from 1930-1938.
