Historical Background |
James N. Loughran, S.J., served as the president of Loyola Marymount University from 1984 to 1991. William H. Hannon attended both Loyola High School and Loyola University. After graduation, he went on to become a successful businessman dealing in real estate, and in 1983, founded his own philanthropic organization, the William H. Hannon Foundation. During his life, William was a major benefactor of his alma mater, Loyola Marymount University, serving as an Honorary Trustee and a Regent Emeritus. |
