Description	Letter to John Fiehman, Secretary of the Big Pine Water Association, from R. F. Del Valle, President of the Board of Public Service Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles, stating that the Board recognizes and intends to honor their agreement with the Big Pine Water Association from July 7, 1919.
Note	Big Pine Water Association (BPWA) was incorporated in 1915, and its bylaws were adopted in 1916. Capital stock of the corporation was $4,000 dollars, divided into 4000 shares at one dollar per share.
