international
business
complex
was
planned

it

built
by

Peck

Contractors

Union
Parking
Structures
Inc
. as a
joint
venture
in
1973
. The
pedestrian
bridge
over
the
Figueroa
Street
between

streets
was
constructed
of
steel
and
precast
concrete
by

Pacific
Co
.
