WHEREAS, our beloved President of Brownson House Settlement Association, Mary J. Workman, has sustained a great bereavement in the death of her father, Hon. William H. Workman; and,
WHEREAS, the said Hon. William H. Workman was an exemplary man, and honored citizen, a devoted husband, and an affectionate father; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, the Brownson House Settlement Association records its sentiments of profound sympathy for its beloved President in this sad hour and prays the merci-ful God will graciously sustain her and the members of her family in this severe trial; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these Resolutions be spread upon the minutes of our meetings and a copy sent to our beloved President, Mary J. Workman.
